Complaint Review: Preteige Ford & Traffic Jam Events - Mt Dora Florida

Just had Heart surgery . Told sales people the same at Preteige Ford , Came in off internet where I had been given bogus information. Picked out vehicle to purcahse. I had a buyers invoice from Dodge dealer. Told Sale people they had to beat the deal I already had with exact or and clsoe as possible to exact equipment. saleman went out select a different vehicle than I ask for with lower msrp. Stated exact truck I wanted had been sold but it had not been sold. Was unaware they had switch vehicles from Higher cost one to lower. I was exhausted after 4 hours of back and forth. Was lead around dealership as truck was processed so I did not get to see it till right before I was leaving dealership. Told to wait for busines finace person. I told sales guy I wanted wife to be present before I signed anything they pressed me to do paperwork assurring me I could go home get wife and return with trade. Once they got everythng sighed the pressure intensified ten fold. Told me I had to remove vehciel from lot even after I said no. wanted me to move to nearby gas station after harrasssment sent saleman to my home after I said no I did not want anyone at my home. I finally gave up after being pressured thinking dealer would make things right if items were not as stated. I was very very wrong dealer has to blown me off several time showiing  disrespect to my wife and me and keep statiing they will work to make situation right. These fly by night sales team Traffic Jam also advertises they will make things right. Have emailed them with no response. Sale manager John told me how the one sale guys is like a teddy bear who gains customers confidence then he come in and closes the deal just like Con men. Rodney the sales guy knew what was happening. I felt he was no on board with the scam but like so many of us needed the work and a pay check. I should not have signed paperwork I had just had heart surgery a week earler and coudl not get blood pressure stablized was sweating and had chest had not eaten and did not have medications with me or not the right kind of meds. I am a cronic Pain sufferer with RA and Heart diease I suffer from panic attacks do to heart valve issues and stress. I was very confused after almost 8 hours of having endless papers pushed in front on me and being ask to fill out complcated forms for what I assumed was credit. Was never told what my ratre was only that Ford was offering 1.99% They stuck me in an 8.5% loan.  I never agreed to this rate and was never told. I am classified as disabled and I needed a vehicle for my small business. I neeed it before the end of the year for tax purposes. They knew I needed to buy a truck/ They knew I was confused they knew  that I did not what to take pocession of vehcle until wife who works for bank inspected they flat out ran a scam on me and lied knowing if I took the vehicle off their lot I would be stuck with whatever they stuck me with. The Sales manager is a non American born person who showed my wife total disrespect and has never bothered to call me back. Now I am stuck with a vehicle I do not want and a loan I did not approve . I have contacted they Arbitation board and ford motor of help and told they would investigate. The trucks sits in my driveway I will not drive it and I have no wheels as they told my van. Yes I sugned off on the paper work deleiving I had recorse  and that this dealer had ethics. I think thiis scam artist sale managers has worked for other deales I used to do business with and the sale people hated him Bartow ford maybe A man with the same ethics took over bartow ford and made the dealership a livinf hell for the sales people who were nice people. Anyway Yes i shoudl not have trusted these con artist had I not just gotten out of the hospitol and had complications along with having lost three brothers in the last 22 months I most likley would not have allowed this to happen. When I am rushed ill and out of sorts I become vunerable and there are no shortage or scan artist and scumbags in the great orlando area. Call this dealership and tell them it's against the law ot abuse elderly disabled people and steal from. I have come to believe we live in a time where no one seens to have integrity. This is called elder abuse. Deceptive trade and undie pressure . call Steve Sweeney the sales manager and ask him why he has lied to us? Why he keeps up the pretense that he wants to do the righ t thing and go to the BBB and other web paged to hear the negative comments. You may think I'm stupid the sales team from Traffic jam event sure does and they told me to my face to go away and wanted me to shake their hand. These people are nasty dishonest and appear to be train by someone who walks a thin line from legal to illegal I hope they get theirs I hope youi will help me put these people in jail like they did at Bill Heard Chevy Sanford Fl where they did similar tricks and were prosicuted and closed down.
