Contact after that if not received. Website, closed, no reply on emails. They scammed so many people and probably made a fortune. And probably no way to track them. I will forever check before buying. Luckily these scammers didn't hack my bank account and make purchases. On may 4th I purchased a cup where you only pay shipping, $5.79, may 10th a notice from a "Kirsten" thanking for purchase on its way. Allow 10 weeks to receive cuz overseas. Well we are now at end of August. Never received the tumbler. Checked the site again, no longer in service, emailed, no reply. I was duped and I'm so sure several were. It was a pretty glittery tumbler and they were selling hot. Well they burned me and several others. Thankfully my account wasn't hacked that I can tell.
