I made a reservation on Nov. 18, 2012 for US Air using my American Exress card. I have the sky miles to pay for a ticket. Then I was asked if I wanted to save $50 by APPLYING for a Priceline Visa. I agreed. I did not authorize on charges on a Visa. Priceline charged over $400 to a Visa and will not change it. I called 866-951-1440 on Nov. 21, 2012 and was given the number 866-951-1434 for disputes. On Nov. 23, 2012 I called the number for disputes. In one hour I spoke to 3 people. I was told only US Air could make a change. I was told no changes could be made after charges had been processed.

I can not afford this charge. I am a senior citizen with a low income.

Priceline's practices are unethical and fraudulent.
