8-21-2008 I still have not received anything. A refund was not an option. The system to do a refund is always "Down" and it is not possible to refund your money. They were able to take my money in one day (6-18-2008). Then over four weeks later I had to send them proof that they had taken my money so they would place the order (7-23-2008). The order didn't ship until 7-31-08. On 8-15-2008 I contacted them to tell them that the tracking number they gave me shows the item has been sitting in customs for two weeks. They said they would re-order, but I have received no e-mails about this. Actually I have never received any of the e-mails they said they would send with information about the order. I contacted them today (8-21-2008) and they say the order shipped yesterday and gave me another tracking number. If I do receive the product I will update this post again to let everyone know. Also: Since I used an E-Check (Gave them my routing number and bank number) the bank can't do anything to get my money back. I will never order anything from anyone that does not take a credit card again.

This customer ordered weight loss formula from us, we shipped it 3 times (2 re ships - Free of charge of course). Meantime we also refunded the customer. So, at the end pf the day she got the product AND a refund (!!!). Whats to complain here...? We are not responsible for USPS service Nor Fedex service. Mark p.s Try to get your address correctly next time and avoid these cases.
