Prime Home Entertainment Inc Stay Away! Going Under! Nashville, Tennessee
This company is being run by people with no idea of what they are doing. I have experienced all the same issues previously reported, bounced checks, idiotic charge backs, repeatedly lied to, unreasonable work hours and more.
Techs that have went out of market to work have been promised hotel rooms and when the get there have to sleep in their trucks. Bonuses for out of area work are not paid.
I'm told (hearsay, but I totally believe it) that Randy Sluter, Regional Manager, told techs to modify work orders to get jobs completed so PHE would get paid. Example change work orders to install equipment customers never ordered so they would get paid and then get paid again to go back to install the right equipment.
Also hear that out of area techs didn't have the right forms and were told not to have customers sign anything and Knoxville office would forge all forms needed. I would not be surprised if someone from their offices is prison before long. No morals or ethics here. Stay away, you have been warned!
