Prime Line Gear- Prime Line Apparel - Teepeat - Printgaze This company is stealing money from customers and not delivering products. Walnut California
I placed an order with Prime Line Gear on November 17th 2016. They quickly took my money and never sent a confirmation email following up on my purchase which I thought was odd. A couple of weeks went by and I followed up it took several more days to get a response. They claimed they were swamped with orders and it would take up to a month for mine to be prepped for shipment. I'm patient, so I waited a month and contacted them again. It took several days for a reply, and they offered me a 10% refund and said the order would be ready soon. I took them for their word and here we are almost 2 months later and they won't reply to my emails or messages.
Be careful! This company is operating under multiple names including printgaze.com, teepeat.com and primelinegear.com. And I'm sure there are others!
They buy ads on Facebook and show up in your feed! And to top it off, they are trying to sell unauthorized images from Lucasfilm and other franchises!!
Be aware! And please report them if you have been a victim of their theft!
