It seems as though this company seems to have a wee bit of a problem doing business straight up, you may want to consider contacting other victims and going to the Federal Government and lodging a group complaint so that the company is properly investigated. NO legit company should EVER deny a customer the chance to talk live with a customer service rep. Shoot even my service which is FREE to everyone has a live help button on the site and people also can call me anytime and I will pick up the phone and talk to them. Do not let companies like this get away with this sort of thing, the longer victims wait to report this and keep up with knowing how the investigation is going, the more they will continue to rip off innocent people. I wouldnt want that on my conscience.
