Prime Properties Austin Bogus Charges after moving out Austin Texas
we rented a property from Prime Properties for a year and after we moved out they made up some bogus charges:
- Cleaning $325 (we fully cleaned the house after moving out)
- Carpet cleaning $800 (I cleaned the carpet using a carpet cleaner myself!)
- Lawn service $200 (I hired a landscaping company 3 days before moving out)
- Sink basket $8 (the sink never had a sink basket to begin with and I bought one myself! )
- Paining bolts $73 (sure there were nail holes on the wall but isn't normal?)
- Unjam disposal $15 (seriously?)
- 15% admin fee $216
