This company are ripping people off. They are selling water treatment that's worth $8,000.00 and the original price that you can paid for that online is only $1,295.00 go to www.ampac1.com and you can check the price of their machine that they selling. The main state that they're selling the water treatment are Hawaii, Nevada and California. Beware with this company! They also advertised a machine that is not the the same as they installed in your home. Please examine exactly what you see in their brochure. They have a pending case from the Department of Commerce and consumer affairs, if you are one of their victim, please report them to the Dept. of Commerce and Consumer Affair. Don't forget to report them to BBB too!!! Thank you!

This is a confirmation from Ampac USA that the $1.295.00 System sold by Ampac is totally different from the System that Prime Quest is selling. The system that Prime Quest is selling for $ 8,000.00 is not an outdated System, and it is top of the line system. Ampac knows Prime Quest and its owners and knows the great reputation Prime Quest has and this is all a scam categorized under unfair trade practices. Sammy A. Farag, CEO Ampac USA

You better prove that I signed any contract with you showing that I am one of your employee! Secondly, please do not destroy my reputation telling all my friends and putting it to the internet that "I got fired"! It's against the law to tell lies and ruin my reputation. I have received that $5,000.00, because I earned it from referring people. Isn't it true that if you referred 10 people you will received a bonus amount $5,000.00?" That money was a bonus!!! Got it! It's not my fault if all those people complaint about your machine after they found out that the machine you advertised is not the same as you installed to their house! I did not signed the contract with you to be part of your company. Things are getting worst before it's get better! It's not easy, because a lot of people are complaining regarding your machine. It's not my fault!!!

Ms. Edna, the person who published this report, is a person that used to work with Prime Quest Inc., and was terminated due to bad business practices. In fact, not only is she enjoying a Prime Quest Inc. system in her home, but she got it for FREE and she made an additional $5,000.00 from Prime Quest Inc. for winning our July '08 contest. She has no right to say that our company is a "scam" and that our unit is "over-priced" because we have bank checks issued to Edna that proove that she made a lot of money from Prime Quest, and that she has our unit installed in her own home. She also stated that, "They are selling water treatment that's worth $8,000.00 and the original price that you can paid for that online is only $1,295.00 go to www.ampac1.com and you can check the price of their machine that they selling." Ampac1 sells water softeners, which is also sold in Home Depot for $500.00. We offer a complete water treatment system that not only softens the water, but also filters heavy metals and chemicals from the water. In addition, our products are made in the USA and are backed by a lifetime guaranty. We are extremely confident in our product, and have never received a complaint about it until now with Edna! Ms. Edna must understand what she is saying before she publishes it on the Internet. We have thousands of customers throughout Hawaii that are extremely satisfied with our unit and our company, which is why we have an A rating with the Better Business Bureau. We are here to clear our name and make the public understand that this report was filed by someone who used to work with us, but was terminated because of her bad business practices. We are a family owned and operated company with a great reputation with our customers. We feel sad and disappointed that someone we were willing to help would try to destroy our good name.
