Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I was working with a company then resigned.  During the time I left, they changed insurance companis.  I had paid $546 for Cobra from November to December.   Then I paid for the next month and found out zi was not covered by Aetna anymore and the new insurance did not pick it up.  I called company and after 2 weeks got Florida Blue.

I went to doctor on 12/20/2013 and was given my prescriptions for pain (hydromorphine and oxycontin).  I have been on this mef ication since April 2013.  I sent prescriptions to new company home delivery PrimeMail.  They started processing on 12/31/2013.  I called 1/2/2013 to check on status, due to being out of medication because of the insurance mixup.  The pharmacy stated "everything looks fine, insurabce paid for" just waiting for review by pharmacist.  I woke ip 1/3/2013 and checked status online and it said "no orders received."  I called pharmacy to find out what was going on.  They stated "due to professional opinion, I should get filled locally. "

I asked why yesterday I was told everything was ok and now the prescriptions were rejected.  I asked to speak with supervisor and was yold "they can only tell you the same thing, no additional information. "  I saud I still want to speak with supervisor and she said there is not one here and would leave message.  I asked for his/her name and wad told she couldn't give me one since there were several.  I also adked to speak with and get name of pharmacist wjo made this judgmental decision.  She flatly refused.

I told pharmacist that no one had the right to determine if I needed medication or ehat my pain level is except myself and doctor.   She continued to repeat "due to his professional opinion, I should get at a local pharmacy.   I explained to pharmacists that when I originally started these medications,  I went to every pharmacy in my county, Charlotte,  and no one would fill.  Making me feel like a drug addict with very judgmental attitude.  She just kept repeating "professional opinon".  In my eyes its "judgmental opinion".

I called priemail back to find out name of pharmacists that I spoke with, Marlene.  They said they didn't know her last name.  Pharmacies make you feel like your a bad person because of trying to fill medication by a doctor.  Now I don't know if I can get relief for my pain.

Sincerely ( UPSET AND INPAIN),

Robin E
