Here is some logic for everyone out there: Citigroup is listed as the number one company in the world, based on assets. Now ask yourself, How does Primerica fit into this? Just because Citigroup is a trillion dollar company, doesn't make Primerica a trillion dollar company. Remember, Primerica is just a miniature spec in the Ciitgroup world. They are in the area of about 6 billion dollars in holdings. I've worked for companies worth alot more than than that. Hopefully, people will wake up and decide not to do business with Primerica anymore. That's the only way to do away with this beast!!!

Agents with Primerica as with agents of every other company in the world are not perfect. You should have the smarts to let them be your guide but not your controlling element. Most folks (such as myself) feel we work to hard for our money to simply give it away. So I suggest that you take the information you gain and compare it to others. No solution should be a overnight quick fix to your financial problem. And if your were really smart, get to know your agent. I mean would trust your first born to a babysitter you meet in a paper? Talk with those who have delt with that SAME EXACT agent. Better still find an agent that is well know in the local communnity. What most folks fail to realize is that this business is built off of two things, trust and referrals. Where most agents fail their clients which ultimately fails the entire company is that they make mistakes and don't owe up to them. I refuse to make excuses for anyone, but no one is perfect. My first time buying a home was a complete dissaster b/c the real-estate agent was new and lacked knowlege. But I complained to her hirer-up in hopes of changing the system. I didn't call them all idiots or bad mouth the company. I just know now to get a person with more experience and to get to know more about that person before doing business with them.
And about the Enron Statement. All companies strive to become number one and should the #1 company fail another will be there to take it's place. I'm wondering, if your internet site becomes the number one place for complaints, does that mean you will become the ENRON of the Internet?

Primerica Financial Services is a very credible company. Unfortunately there are people in PFS that don't know exactly what there are doing, and because of people like that, the companies name suffers, not the person. Just to clearifty something. No PFS agent can give a quote or say what type of refi a person will qualify for. All the agent is there for is to collect the information and submit it to the bank. The bank is the one that decides what type of refi the person qualifies for. Let me just tell you this, if there was a person in your company that provided the same type of service that you experienced, what would you have done with them? Probably fired them. You see the chances are that agent is no longer with the company because of that exact reason. So before accussing a company of being a rip off, find out the facts, because if you would have, you would know that we are a member of Citigroup, the #1 financial company in the world. Not in this city, not in this county, not in this state, not even in this country, but in the world. So if we are the #1 company in the world it would be litterally impossible for PFS to be a rip off.
