I received a bill from a company I've never heard of before for long distance service(Primus telecommunications).
I contacted Primus telecommunications through their 800 number and they claimed an independent sales agent signed me up and there's nothing they can/willing to do. They insist I signed up almost a year ago(August 2003) although the first time I've ever since the bill was two days ago.(April 2004.)
I pointed out that there was no calls made and it was because I never signed up for a long distance service. I'm also right now pursuing other legal means. If you have dealt with similar situation please advice.
