New York Print Shop NYC, Inc. - Rodney Rip-off, abusive, rude Brooklyn New York
We ordered a printing job from Print Shop NYC. They delivered the job with only one side of a two-sided print job. We called to correct the problem. They told us it was our problem, our fault, not theirs. When we debated this point, Rodney called our employee "a bit@% who probably suc*@& dic*". When we called back to speak with a manager, he defended Rodney's action, told us to put it in writing and hung up.
