Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

Young college age girls came to the house saying they were "making new friends" and "earning points to earn money for college" then after quite a while they said they were selling Magazines. If I didn't want any I could order Magazines for Troops. They said it as $70 for 12 packages and $80 for 24. They wrote a receipt in triplicate that said I could request a refund within 3 business days, which I did the next day. I also emailed the company and received no reply. This is a SCAM, a RIPOFF, and is OFFENSIVE as it uses the TROOPS and getting a COLLEGE EDUCATION to dupe people.

Communicating with PCM, Inc has been difficult. They have a contact area on their website but I have not received any response. I waited 6 weeks and when I called back asking about my refund I was told I needed to send proof of payment. Yes, I should have read that part more carefully and that is my mistake. Now I will wait another 4-6 weeks in hopes my refund arrives. I am very sorry that this has not been a very comfortable transaction. In fairness, when I receive my refund I will return here and post a withdrawl of my concerns. Thanks.

#4Consumer Comment

If you placed the order 6 days ago , how can this be a scam? I purchased several subscriptions from Priority Choice Marketing. I look forward to the young adults coming to my door every year. It's great to see such motivated positive youth out earning money and a company that helps and teaches theses adults seems like a honest company. I have spoke with the owner Hannah several times always to leave positive comments. I have actually purchased a few magazines from Megan To send to the troops in 2016 . I was more then happy to see her again. Did you know this is her third contest. She showed me pictures from her trip. I felt as if I had made a friend. So my question is on the receipt it says allow 4 to 6 weeks for refunds. Did you do some sort of research to call them a scam that I missed. I received my magazines Taste of Home , four wheel off , disney , and ,s****.>
