Prism Projection Prism Projection has refused to pay for services provided and accepted Sully Iowa
In November 2014 Andy Stangeland from Prism Projection requested a quote for PCB layout services. We provided the quote and Kathleen Janover issued a Purchase Order for $3,000 specifying net 30 terms.
We completed the project and received written approval from Andy Stangeland. We submitted the invoice to Kathleen Janover and received confirmation that the invoice was received.
After 45 days we had not received the $3,000 payment. We left voicemails and sent emails to Kathleen Janover and Andy Stangeland but did not receive a response. After 70 days we began calling the owner of Prism Projection Garrett Young. We have never received a response from Garrett Young.
We finally received an email from Kathleen Janover saying she was in the office and would figure out why we hadn't been paid. That was the end of all communication from anyone at Prism Projection.
We left voicemails and sent emails to Kathleen Janover and Garrett Young and received read receipts for all our emails, but we have not received any response.
We have been forced to file a small claims case against Prism Projection. Even after notifying Garrett Young and Kathleen Janover that the case was filed, we have left voicemails and sent emails offering to settle the case for the amount due, without any filing fees. We have received no response.
This debt is now over 110 days past due with zero communication from Prism Projection.

UPDATE - After filing the small claims case, Prism continued to ignore us. Then they called and agreed to pay the full amount. When asked why they had refused to pay, they said they were unhappy with our services. However, the project was accepted. We requested feedback after we completed the work and received positive reviews. Prism Projection did end up paying in full.
