Pristine Environmental Solutions Promised $50 if homeowner listened to an hour long sales pitch regarding solar hot water heater they sell and NEVER paid. Lied to BBB and stated $50 was paid!!! BEWARE of this door to door sales company Mesa, Arizona
In March 2010, a Pristine door to door sales man came to my door offering $50 to listen to his sales pitch involving purchasing a solar water heater for our home. I agreed and along with my husband, listened to an hour long presentation as agreed to receieve the $50 and was told whether we purchase or not, we receive the money.
Three months later we never recieved any money from the company. I called on June 8 and spoke to Rob, a manager, and he stated he would send out a Walmart girft card right away and if I didn't get it in the mail within three days, to call him. Well I never received anything and called on 6/14 and left a message with no return call. The problem is I was promised $50 to listen to the sales presentation and never recieved the $50.

I purchased a water softener/RO system from a company in GILBERT (not Mesa) called Pristine Environmental Solutions. They also do sell solar water heaters and other things. It sounds like the same company because I was offered the same $50 gas voucher for them to come to our home. The people within the company have been so nice and we have received all of the things we were promised. I don't know if the company you are complaining about is the same as the one I am speaking of but I want to make sure everyone else out there knows that this company isn't a ripoff- in the contrary, I received everything I was promised + more.
