I came across this photo of my wife's Prius I would like to share.. May 2021.. We got a whopping 24,000 miles out of Jack's worthless batteries.
We were past customers of Jack, who believed in his deceptive lies about the longevity of his batteries, that they would last for years.. He basically tried to get us on a permanent replacement plan, but in 2018, three months into that license plate, his third battery went out.. We barely got 6 months out of the second one? And he had the audacity to mention to me, that he got "RICH" off of continuously reservicing his clients new batteries, until some of them sold them their Prius for pennies on the dollar.
Basically, when we purchased our Prius in 2006, the gas prices were $4.00 a gallon, not $2.49 like it is today.. After owning that car for 10 years, I would never purchase another one, since Toyota stop making new batteries for them years ago.. (No matter where you go, you are only buying time..) So, if you are madly in love with your hybrid, I would suggest going to a reputable shop like Crownsville Automotive, or Green Tec Automotive in Bowie..
At least there, when one of those remanufactured cells go out, they won't be so lazy to repair it like Jack was.. 
Bottom line, we hate dishonest people that like to prey on society, but judge for yourself.. To me, $3,000.00 for 2 1/2 years of life is a waste.
