Private Phone Agent .Com is a complete rip off. Once they get your credit card they make it very, very difficult to cancel. No phone number listee anywhere on their site although they say you can contact customer service via phone.  They say check back in 48 hours and you'll see a box that will allow  you to cancell. When you ask the live chat agent for an email they say they don't have one, when you ask for a address they don't have one. This is a complete rip off. Anyone looking for a phone number for them can call 866-417-6793. Don't be fooled by them using the NBC, CBS Wired, ABC, Smart Computing and Entrapernuer logos on there pages like they have been endorsed by or seen on TV. It really says people searchs have been seen on not them. Run Run Run don't get suckered into the $1 trial offer.

We do not hide our customer service team, in the top right hand corner there is a link to our live Chat team and when I tested our service asking for a phone number, my response was:

Greg: To get assistance via phone, please call this number: 1-866-417-6793 (Mon - Sat 8 am - 9 pm Eastern Mountain Time, Sundays 10 am – 6 pm Eastern Mountain Time). However, I am here to provide you immediate customer service.

In terms of cancellations, we require 48 hours because we want to ensure no cancellation is ever missed. This procedure helps us ensure customer satisfaction.

I look forward to hearing from you to offer a refund and personally handle this matter.
