My name is Melissa Reeves and I am a Customer Success Specialist for Private Money Goldmine. My goal is to help answer questions for our members about their memberships and our process.

First, let me apologize for the negative experience you had using our site. We greatly value your satisfaction and resolving outstanding customer satisfaction issues has always been one of our highest priorities. I hope I can provide you with some clarity on this issue.

Our goal as a company is to empower our members to find financial freedom through real estate investing by providing a huge piece of the puzzle in the real estate game: funding in the form of private lending. Private lenders do not require a license.

Our contact information is permanently listed on the 'Contact Us' page of our site. We provide multiple avenues to contact us including: a physical street address, an email address, live chat and, if you'd rather speak to someone directly, a 24-hour phone line for our Customer Success department. 

During the initial sign-up process, we disclose that while we do speak with each lender individually, each customer must conduct their own due diligence when deciding whether or not to work with a lender.

As part of our efforts to convey this information, we require each member to check multiple boxes acknowledging that they agree to: 1) Not provide lenders with upfront funds and that 2) We do not perform background checks and members must perform their own due diligence.
