Prize Candle / Prize Candle 2016 Company sent wrong orders and broken candles, then went out of business. Santa Monica California
November &December 2016, I bought a few candles for the holidays. They came broken but were replaced right away. Second order I ordered a ton f Christmas gifts. I got the completely wrong order and again all broken candles from not being packed appropriately. I inquired and said I would get new ones. New ones never came, company emails bounced back, website was shut down and phone, and I was out of holidays presents right before Christmas. Saw many others had complaints. Cannot check prizes without website.
