Pro Caulk Took my credit card payment, I never received order, no record of it. Internet
I called the phone number that was shown in the Pro Caulk commercial on television 1(800) 964-8458 and ordered the Pro Caulk Edger that was offered, along with the Pro Caulk Adhesive. I should have received it in time to give as a Christmas present to my father, but it never arrived. I called the 1(800) number again, which you can NEVER get through to speak to a human being, and listened for instructions on how to track my order.
I was instructed by voice prompt to go online to www.customerstatus.com. I did so, and was shown a page that listed the steps my supposed order had followed with Fed Ex, listing that my product had ended up in Delaware in "receiving" somewhere - it showed an address, but at the time I didn't write it down, and my order was never shipped to me. It was listed under a tracking number that I have and can give to any representative who contacts me concerning this complaint.
I then called Fed Ex at 1(800) 463-3339 and a representative told me to call 1(888) 505-3400 Smart Post and that they should be able to track my order with that number, but Fed Ex had no record of the tracking number I was shown online. They weren't able to find anything. Someone took my money and I received nothing. I am looking into whether or not my credit card may or may not have neen charged more than once.
Something needs to be done, someone needs to be stopped. I looked earlier this evening on the internet at www.customerstatus.com to investigate this further myself. This time, the information they need you to type in didn't even come up in their data base - I couldn't get anywhere or follow the same steps that I was able to before on that site, the steps that have I explained above.
There were also complaints online about www.customerstatus.com concerning fraud. This alerted me to click on your ripoffreport.com link that was listed right below these other complaints. I would love for someone to be sued and pay for what they have done to me and to others. Some one please contact me and help! Thank you for listening - this is very frustrating. I just wanted to give a Christmas gift to my father!
If this is really a valid "lost in the mail" situation, then I would like my credit card refunded. If this is fraud of any sort, I want their business and their character to be ruined.
