I purchased equip. from PROJET POWER EQUIPMENT a total of $975.00 on April 2 2005, the company charged my debit card on April 6 2005. I found this company over the internet at projetpowerwashers.com I did not order over the internet, I called them instead and placed my order. They told me it would be 7 to 14 days to receive my order. After 3 weeks i still hadn't received the order so i called them back. They told me they had a death in the family and they were a little behind and that the pump they needed to upgrade my power washer was not received yet He said that they would get back to me the next week and let me know what the status of my order was.
They never called me back. I called them back at the end of that week. They told me the pump still has'nt arrived yet and they expected to have it within the next 5 days. I waited a week more. I went back on the internet site to get the phone number and the site was "GONE" At that point i got worried, i called them many-many times only to get a machine stating the mail box is full. I did some searching on the internet and came up with a second telephone number (253)872-0867 only to find it busy all the time no matter what time of day you call. I have not yet filed a report with the BBB but will do so shortly.
Reading some of the rip off reports i see a rebuttal from an EX employee sayiny the company closed??? I not sure what is going on but it looks like they are in the process of bringing up a new sit on the internet. When you log onto (projetpowerwashers.com) it says "COMING SOON" NOT A GOOD FEELING BEING RIPPED OFF
