Pro Se Publications National Divorce & Bankruptcy Center ripoff slime-balls tricked and lied to us dishonest belittled rude Wichita Falls Texas
On July 23, 2002 I purchased (on-line) Divorce papers through These forms were to be e-mailed to me and sent via Fed-ex over night. Come July 26 2002 I had still not heard nor received anything so I contacted the company and was assured I would receive them by 5:00pm. 5:00pm came and went, nothing was received.
So on July 27th I once again contacted them to tell them of the problem. The gentleman said he was sorry and I would receive them with in 45 mins. 4 hours later I finally receive paperwork. However they were wrong and unusable. So once again I tried to contact them but no one answered the phone so I left a message and e-mail stating that I would like them done correctly or have a refund. I was sent new forms, however once again they were not correct. This was on a Friday, they left for the weekend and left me with unusable papers.
That weekend I had to find someone to do my paperwork since this company was obviously not willing to send me ones that I could use. I contacted them Monday July 29th 2002 and told them I would like a refund since they failed to give me usable paperwork. Their webpage had stated 2-3 days it had already been 6.
I was accused of making up with my soon to be ex-spouse and trying to take advantage of them by changing my mind and therefor they would keep my money. This is not true because I have filed for divorce as of August 1 2002. they also said that if I tried to dispute it with my bank they would explain this situation and the funds would be kept.
As of August 6, 2002 I have still not received the corrected forms and after speaking with them today they are still trying to act as if their mess up is my fault and refusing to send me any sort of reimbursment. They say that since they provided me with the paper work be it correct or incorrect they did their part and there is nothing more they would do. They are trying to convince me that they e-mailed me the corrected forms which I never once recieved, I get e-mail everyday through hotmail and I have not received anything from them since July 29 2002. They were supposed to also mail me a hard copy Via Fed Ex which I never received.
They tried to say that was my fault also and that they had no idea what I was talking about.. they didn't have anything to do with sending them via fed ex.. their webpage specifies that as an option.
I have tried to dispute the charges with my bank but since it was a debit card there is nothing that they will do. I called again to talk to them to find out what was going on and to talk to them about getting a refund. They refuse to tell me who the owner is so that I might be able to contact that person in regards to this matter.
I have been hung up on 4 times today , and yes I did lose my temper at one point, but that was after the lady who I spoke to told me "and if you wonder why you are getting a divorce I can tell you the answer right now."
They have frauded me. On more then one occasion belittled me, and treated me like garbage not to mention they have taken $149.00 of my hard earned money and I am being told "To bad, deal with it!"
