I had called Brian off an add on Craigslist to have our fuel pump in our RV looked at. He seemed to have some knowledge about cars and made an appointment to come take a look later that day. When he came, he seemed nice and friendly. I also had him look at our generator that stopped working, he said the gas was bad and causing damage to the lines, so he cut the line and said he would be back tomorrow to fix the line. He also said we needed a new fuel pump and he would order first thing in the morning. He came back the next day and "fixed" the fuel lines, which I now need to take in to be repaired, and he said he ordered 2 pump and wanted to drop the fuel tank to see which one it was, so they spent over an hour dropping the tank. He then said he was going to lightly bult it back up so we shouldn't drive it anywhere unitl he finished. He gave me the bill and on it was the complete fee for the pump to be installed, when I asked him about it he told me that since they dropped the tank today there was not much work left just to put the pump in so there wouldn't be additional charges for the work. He also wanted me to pay for the pump since he had already ordered it. He said it would be in a couple days and he would call me. Then all week he made up excuss and made promises to be there to finish with no intention of every coming. I asked if I can come get the pump and then all communication stopped. He has not returned any calls or text messages and scammed me out of $632 and left us with an RV we can't drive. BUYER BEWARE. Do not use him or his company anything he is ssociated with is a scam.
