Professiona Debt Solutiuons Nation Information Services Professional Debt Solution Scam company that will make you lose your home. Panorama City, California
I heard their ad on a local radio station in Madison, WI. I knew that I needed help before I lost my home, so I contected them. They told me that it would cost me $2000 for them to help me. Our first conversation included giving them the phone number for CitiMorgage so they could do some checking with them and giving them my bank information.
Our 2nd conversation included a 3 way call to CitiMorgage (working for Freddie Mac) at which time they said they had no record of my last 7 payments that where made. Professional Debt Solution instructed me to stop making any more payments until they could figure out where the missing payments had gone to. I did not hear anything from them for some time and I decided to call again. It seems that the original gentleman was no longer there, so I spoke with Steve. He stated that they were still working on it with CitiMorgage and that he would get back to me. I ended calling him again and told him that I had bank records that showed that I made the payments, but he stated he did not need them and just took the dates over the phone. He did state the 3 way phone call was recorded, but nothing was stated at that time.
We were never served or informed of the date our house was to be sold. Needless to say, we no longer own our home any longer and I blame them 100%
