Here is the truth. The reports that have been reported here before are mostly true. They do take money, so called deposits. They do not close the deal, they just keep telling you to hang in there your in line for funding... BULLSH*T! REALLY! and then do not refund the money as stated in their contract. They have just removed some of the names from their website, why I don't know we have made copies on the original contact page. The names of Bob Hanson Sr. and Bob Hanson jr. have been removed along with Matt Rose, and a couple of more. They are not as smart as they think!
Also the office is a sub lease to Pbs through Lennar Homes the suite next to them. When you call them they refer you to the managent company they use Greentree. The minute they hear the name Professional Business Strategie they respond with please call the Attorney Generals office of Department of justice without even knowing what it is about....That say enough on its own!! Also the ultimate sports resort listed on their project funding page is not a real company. This is nothing but a dream of Matt Rose's from 2003 that never amounted to anything, so they decided to use this to get money from people instead. The ultimate sports address is a physically closed location, they do not have one. The names of his fake staff consists of his girlfriend and his son and a couple of other scumbags that he knows that are shady as well. Bottom line, because I could go on for days with the information. There has been a lot of work put into investigating and people have now been located who have been robbed by any of these companies or people. A large package with documentation is being submitted. please post if you need to make contact with any informtion. They are coming to an end, More information only makes it a stronger case!

It appears my business partner and myself were victims of this PBS scam as well. We sent $20K with the promise of receiving a million dollar unsecured loan. Got nothing, but wait, wait, wait, and then after the 90 day period was up..they are impossible to contact. I need to know who to contact regarding this and what can be to get my money back, if possible..I dealt with Raymond Williams son who goes by the name of Jet..His name is Mataki "Jet" Fukasawa..I also received emails from his sister Kiku Fukasawa. They both also have used the last name Williams too. I have a variety of phone numbers and email addresses. They were also my "friends" on Facebook, but have since blocked me from contacting them on there. Will someone please contact me regarding this..I really wanna those bastards to get what they deserve...
