Professional Fitness is anything but professional Raleigh North Carolina
I agreed to the training package because I was very impressed with the trainer. After my window to backout was closed I was told the the guy that trained me wasn't a trainer and I had to find a new trainer. Since then I've gone through several trainers that can't seem to keep up with any of my information and that have been very unprofessional. When my year agreement was up I was stil being charged. I was told that I agreed to a month-to-month term. (I heven't seen the agreement form) I sent a letter stating that I no longer want the services, asked for a copy of my agreement as well as the number of training sessions that I have left and has yet to recieve any of that.
