Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
This company has had billboards up along interstates in Alabama and I decided once to visit their site and see what they could do. At first it seems like they have plenty of jobs in many categories; and then there is the added convenience of not having to leave your home to apply (no need to burn up gas or waste time with places that may or may not be hiring).

I sent in my resume on several sales positiosn, and at least one management position, for which I KNOW I was qualified for. I did not in the least try to apply to be the CEO of a company. My career background reflected the duties for which the positions were hiring.

Well, I waited to be contacted by someone--at one point anyone-- who would tell me if I had a chance at any of these jobs. No one called. So, I decided to call them. I got to speak with a someone who said they would be in contact because my experience was very good for what the jobs I applied for needed.

The man I spoke to, whose name I don't recall, said he'd contact me. I heard NOTHING for weeks.

Eventaully I tried different agencies and eventually came back to this company and called to ask about my file. Not only did they say they did NOT have my file and to resend it, the guy that I said helped me initially was no longer working for them due to so imcompetence on his part. So the new person I spoke to said I would be contacted soon.

NO ONE CALLED! I am writing this because I notice their site has many of the same jobs I saw some months ago. Not many have changed, I'm sure. They aren't necessarily taking money from eager job seekers because the companies who send hem job announcements pay the fee for the ad and the would-be employees; but I saw at least one job listing where the applicant would have to pay the fee.

This company is ineffectual and has very shoddy human resource graduates. I urge people to stay away.

I was searching the internet and ran accross this complaint and wanted to respond to the individual that made these accusations. First of all I would like to say that if the individual who reported this that I apoligize if he was unhappy with our services, but in our defense we get a large quantity of resumes daily from job seekers all over the world. We only contact the ones that are qualified for the positions that we are currently recruiting for, only because of the large volume of resumes that we receive. We are not in control of our clients length of time that they take to interview so some job openings may be on our website for long periods of time but that varies depending on the companies that we work with. We certainly don't make up jobs because we don't collect money from applicants applying for jobs, 99% of our jobs are fee paid by the companies we work with and that is only if they hire someone that we represent to them. We have been in business for 36 years, locally owned and operated for the entire time. You don't stay in business for that long if your not doing good business. We are a reputable company and we feel that we provide an excellent service, but we can't find everyone a job. I hope that this helps this individual to understand that we apoligize to him/her for any misunderstanding of our services.
