Professional Recovery Systems Wrong Identity,threatened arrest and ruined credit,,vulgar Denver Colorado
6-8 months ago, I sent them a letter stating not to call as they had the wrong person. Last four SS# different. I asked for a forgery affadavit and copy of contract they refused to provide it.on 09/14/04 Herbn Cohen became nasty and beligerent, threatened me that he was arresting me and filing a credit report claim, without trying to verify my identity.He called me uneducated and told me I should honor a contract I never signed.
I then advised him I was a fraud and collections officer for a major grocer in upstate New York. I am a retired sheriff's detective and that I would be filing a complaint with the State of Colorado's Collection Board. This was done today 09/16/04.In my first letter I offered to teach them proper credit investigations but they are little concerned with proper practices.
