 Just wanted to report about this body shop. "profix auto collision centre". i had a single vehicle collision on July 1st, 2013 on winston churchill off 403. i contacted police and ambulance. and with that a tow truck driver came to assist. after i made a police report. i wanted to take my car to honda. but because the accident happened on july 1st, 2013. honda dealer ship was closed. which made me believe that i had to make haste decision to send my car to this tow truck driver. i made a wrong descision. i didnt know that i can keep my car till the next day and send it to honda.

I signed up the papers. this tow truck driver sweet talked me believing that my car will be taken care of "100" percent. all car parts guaranteed "100" percent. Two days later i made a call to Profix auto body shop. Ronnie picked up the phone. i asked how my car was.. Ronnie never gave me details of the car.. all he said was your car is with us we are not allowed to give details about your car. i said fine.

few weeks later when it came time to pick my car up. i took my dad with me since he had experience with cars and mechanical expert. when i saw my car at profix body shop.. it looked dirty insided. the doors looked like they were not brand new. just paint job was bad.. Ronnie took me for a test drive in my car.. said the engine is perfect no problem i said fine.. knowing that the engine wasnt touched when the accident took place.

when i parked my car. my dad noticed the tail lights of the car were not working. so i go to ronnie and spoke to him about it.. right there the mechanics removied my rear seat and plugged the connection which they forget to connect. it took them a month to fix my car which my insurance gave them a deadline to complete the job which they havent done so. when i signed up the contract. Ronnie said all the parts are guaranteed life time. i read the bill further which would be charged towards my insurance..$9000!! im thinking to myself this terrible knowing that they didnt do a proper job. when i drove my car and reached home. i tested my horn. there was barely a sound. it felt like it was blocked.

As soon as i took my car to honda to do a piece of mind inspection. Honda noted the rad support my car was badly repaired. the horn was bent and they didnt mind to reposition the horn.the engine was fine. Honda advised me to take my car back to Profix body shop and tell them to reimburse the expense. i took my car back to profix and spoke to Ronnie. he said k..we will "take care of your car" Ronnie sweet talked me allowing to take his high end luxy mercedes.. trying to ignore the reimbursement.. so i reminded him and he gave me a check..

Since i had no trust with this body shop.. i took my car five times to them and still in the end there were still problems. mostly cosmetic and luckly nothing with the engine. i want to boycott this body shop and the owner Ronnie. i hope anyone who reads this becomes aware that before they open their hood to unknown body shop..think twice before you do it. because i didnt and i paid the price for it. always take it to a dealer they treat your car as your own.. this body shop didnt do that.
