Hardcore scammers.
There work is full of errors and faults and the websites quite simply do not work.
The standard of there work is very poor and full of html validation issues.
The flash file they created looked like a child had created it and look terrible.
The designers attitude was horrendous and all he wanted was money although the work did not match the website brief.
I advise you not to trust Progli.net as the man who runs it is a well known scammer.
My research also shows he has a warrant out for his arrest by the police for FRAUD and missue of credit cards.
Stay away from progli.net.

The Truth is- I am a freelance expert web designer, I was created a website http://www.progli.net/projects/gogglows/ for UK buyer (Nickname: Daniel). I found him digitalpoint forum. No relation of Odesk. But he don't pay single of penny after successful mock up create. Even he bidden to create mock up to html page and flash water effect.
