I have been a victum of their unethical practices also.
I spent over 400 dollars on clones and found that 2 weeks into veg they all look different than the strain I ordered. I do not usually order clones. I have been growing a long time and try to make it a point to clone in house.
Long story short I made a costly mistake getting po clones. None of then were what I ordered and the yield was not medical quality.
Ijust don't want anyone to spend money on unknown genetics. Oh and once you order nobody answers the phone so no refund for me.
This is a sad example to set for the medical marijuana community.

Hi, I remember your fake complaint from WeedTracker, nice to see you posted elsewhere!
Just wanted to say I'm a member of P.O. and what you copied and pasted here is just petty. You posted this exact complaint on WeedTracker when P.O. had their page active and within minutes, other forum members tracked the pictures you posted as your proof that you had powdery mildew to photos posted on the internet during 2004 by a magazine in Europe --- 7 years before your complaint (lol) & your exact complaint to that on 3 other clone shops in orange county and Los Angeles (posted long before that on Progressive Options' page). Please spend more time focusing on your business rather than flaming your competition with absolute lies online.

i am not even 40 yet! and i have some news for you buddy.
1st - you complained some were larger stemmed and some skinny. well.... some strains are more vigorous than others especially when some of their genetics are from the early 90's!!! that means the plant has been being cloned ever since which means it loses vigor naturally! new strains and crossbreeds will be more vigorous!
2nd - you could have complained right then and there about the skimpy ones or less rooted ones. i know for a fact that the real Tahoe OG Elite Cut takes up to 3 weeks to root and have only a few roots in comparison to a newer strain that will have web like roots in 12 Days or so! they treat all clones right then and there if you request it which will prevent mold and bugs. they even have a microscope for you to check it yourself it's in the open in front your face. its your fault you did not utilitze these!
3rd - if plants are different heights there are many ways to fix this if you have experience, seems like you just a hater or a 40 year old vet that learned nothing. pinch the stem till you crush it a bit this will stop the growth upwards for a bit and allow the lower branches and you short plants to catch up while it repairs itself from the crimping. after it creates knot that draws more nutrients to the top most buds anyways so you actually end up with a stronger larger plant
