The first time I went to Proline.  I had a squeek in my drive train and thought it was a universal joint.  The mechanic hopped in my auto and took off and was gone for 15-minutes.  Very strange action since I never told him what was wrong with it before he took off.  When he returned, I drove the auto slowly so he could hear the noise.  There was a rock in my wheel.  I live a short distance and didn't notice the new problem until the next day when I drove to work.  My truck began to over heat when I got about 3 miles from home.  I found that the cap over the thermostate has suddenly developed a myterious crack like it was hit with a hammer or screw driver real hard on purpose.  I immediately became suspicious and questioned Mark about it and told him I thought his mechanic drove my auto around the building and damaged it so he could fix it.  He denied it.  A year later I took my car in to get the oil changed.  When I got home, it was running very rough like I had a vacuum leak.  I took it to OReilys and the guy there found a leak in the vacuum hose on top of the engine where it appeared somone had stuck a screwdriver through the hose.  Coinincidence? unlikely!  Six months later I took my car in because my tail lights were not working, all other lights were working.  Mark fixed the tail light, but told me he didn't have time to fix the other lights. He charged me $30 for changing a fuse, and told me to come back the next day and he would fix the other lights. Hmmm.  All my other lights worked just fine before I brought it in, but when I got home, my bright lights would not work.  I pulled the fuse cover off and checked all the fuses, and found them all to be in good order.  I was baffled.  I pulled out my owners manual and looked at the fuse diagram.  Fuse 33 on the diagram was for the high beams.  When I look at my fuse box, fuse 33 was missing.  Apparently, Mark was setting me up to rip me off again for the third time.  One time could be coinincidence. 2nd time, shame on Mark.  Third time, shame on me for taking it to his shop.  BEWARE OF THIS SHOP.  THEY ARE SNEAKY UNDERHANDED CROOKS OUT TO RIP YOU OFF.

 Ok problem with this review, whoever wrote it didn't even put there name, if this was indeed a true story why would you have a problem with people knowing who you are, second for anyone reading this this person stated they took there car here like 3 or 4 times like a few months apart, and if any of this were true why would they keep bringing there car to a place where supposedly a mechanic test drove there car around the building and just damaged the car on purpose, like really first off that's about the dumbest thing Ive ever heard, i am a mechanic and also work in auto management and this type of stuff doesn't happen very often, Ive heard of places saying extra things are wrong or just trying to make the bill bigger but a mechanic just test driving a car and damaging it makes no sense because unless that mechanic is the owner he would have no motive to do this, if the customer had to pay more the mechanic wouldn't make a cent, in fact it would make more work for the mechanic, so that's ridiculous, next as i said if this person had one terrible experience after the next why in the world would you keep returning, you wouldn't. Also in defense of Pro line and its owner Marc Thomas, i know him personally and not only are these accusations not true, they are so far out and obviously made up its just not true, this guy not only is honest and a strong christian, he goes out of his way to help others and not just to benefit his business but as a christian and im speaking from first hand experience, i have nothing to gain by writing this the reason i am is just simply i read this report and its like so unbelievable and just not the truth in any way shape or form, so even though it really doesn't affect  his business or anything, his customers and anyone thats been there or knows him at all already knows its just not how it is at all, the more i read this report it almost is comical because whoever wrote it was A- extremely

unintelligent B- extremely desperate C- probably has some sort of Alcohol or drug addiction problem, i say this because from experience Ive seen that when people like Marc try to help people that are struggling for one reason or another financially or just trying to be nice, people like this try to take advantage of him and will get repairs done and owe money and wont pay, and try to manipulate him like they do everything, Ive seen people that are getting free work done, call and complain cause its taking to long or just be so ignorant and so when they get set straight or loose the car or basically anything that happens that's not what they want, they write stuff like this to make themselves feel better, they think if they slam a business or person it will destroy the business or whoever but anyone with sense can see past stuff like that, Pro line is hands down the best and most honest shop not only in Katy but Houston, noone is always right and everyone makes mistakes its what you do or don't do about them, Marc Thomas is a great person and owner and treats people very well and his word is always good, if he makes a mistake, he owns up to it and always makes it RIGHT, so in conclusion i hope noone actually believes this crap written and honestly if you do and go elsewhere you really are hurting yourself cause not only is Pro line the best work, but also best price and most trustworthy so like i said id def give them a shot before jumping to conclusions, you wont regret it

This is not a customer of Proline Automotive. This is a competitor that has been harrassing me on the computer because he does not now how to grow his business the correct way. I have been here almost seven years and have over ten thousand customers. Why can"t you identify yourself. And why does"nt ripoff report make these imposters produce reciepts? Its funny that the only people that have put me here are customers who have tried to rip my business off by not paying there bills or another competitor who is corrupt and jealous that we are doing good.
