PROLINE ENGINE SPECIALIST Ripoff Claim that they done repairs to my car that they did not do. I paid for the repairs and the car broke down the next day KATY Texas
I called Proline Engine and spoke with a Mark Thomas and made arragements to have a motor put in my car a 98 chevy malibu. When Mark got my car to his shop he called me and told me that the car didn't need a motor and that he would call me with an estimate as to how much it would cost to repair my car he told me that the total would be 1475.00 i agreed to pay this amouth in good faith that my car would be repaired right. I was given back My car on 2-16-06 and I drove the car the same day the car later began to run hot and fianally broke down on me I called Mark THOMAS SEVERAL TIMES AND HE BEGAN TO GET VERY RUDE WITH ME AND HANG THE PHONE UP IN MY FACE> I CALLED AND LEFT A MESSAGE ON HIS VOICEMAIL INFORMING HIM THAT I WONTED MY MONEY BACK AND HE HAS NOT YET CONTACTED ME ON THIS MATTER. I WOULD LIKE MY MONEY BACK FOR THE REPAIRS

I totally agree with the complainer here. Mark lies more than he speaks the truth. He blames everything on people not wanting to pay when I have a stack of complaints on the last 3 shops he has had open. Funny, why change names of your business if you are so reliable. He is in Civil Court with me, well I should say we should be going to court but his so called "great" lawyer will not respond to my lawyer. Must be scared. Does not want to go to mediation. Must be scared.

I recieved a phone call from Mr Levy 2 days after delevering his car back to him in Beaumont telling me his car had overheated. I told him that I would come from Katy Texas and pick up his car and repair it at no charge to him. I informed Mr Levy that I would leave and be there at nine oclock pm. He agreed to this. My wife and I drove 2 1/2 hours to his house and I knocked on the front door and asked for the keys to the car. Mr levy refused to let me take the car and repair the problem.
