DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THEIR ADS. This company took my $400 I paid to fix 2 of my PCs that were running slow and totally botched the work. Right now the PC would not turn on and they guy told me that they did what i asked and fixed the issue. I mentioned to him that the PC is in worse shape than before. Not only was he completely rude and nasty but later told me that there is no refund and I would have to pay an additional $50 for a diagnostic check. Please don't be fooled by their Angie's list reviews, cuz I was. I hope this saves someone the headache and money that i experienced

I have no idea who you are but if you are the same person as reported, you must have the wrong store.  There is no one hear by the name of Jeffrey whom you blame in the other complaint,(Person mentions Angies list and used the name Anthony Marshall in that review) your story changed, the 75$ diagnostic fee you say we asked for dropped to $50 in this review (we never charge for Diagnostics on anything).

So there is no one here by the name Jeffrey, we don't charge for Diagnostics and we don't have any bad reviews for our services...until you Anthony!

Customers come to us for help with sometimes complex issues and we do our best to solve these issues.  We would never let a machine out of the store that was in for Virus removal leave the store infected.  Period.  Sometimes we miss something but we will always make it right.  If you come to me with an issue, we will gladly help.  If you come in screaming and yelling probably not.

We don't charge people to tell them whats wrong with their computers, ever.  So Anthony if this is you please contact the store where your services were performed and see if you can get it straightened out.  Also we looked through our records for you Anthony and we have no record of you.
