Properties Unlimited Slum landlord owns lots of property and won't make repairs Buffalo New York
I rented from a company called properties unlimited the actual landlords name is Eugene Jason . No one ever meets with him face to face ,roomer has it he lives in Florida somewhere. This is the worst company to rent from they own property in all the Buffalo New york area all the projects including cedar grove in cheektowaga,the tonawanda projects, the duplexes off of union rd before dingens,and others. I rented from them for 6 years I was on belmont a form of section 8, before I moved for the 6 years I lived there the kitchen floor was very old and needed to be replaced ,I told sec 8 to write it down on the inspection paper and they did but this was not needed in order to pass inspection. When I moved out in 2006 they sent me a bill stating that I damaged the kitchen floor and had missing screens . I told properties many times about the old floor and the screens and they refused to replace both then they went to court and charged me additional fees. Properties was taken to court on many occassions by other tenants for the fees and refusal to fix things,their was also an article in the newspaper about them giving them bad reviews. I know a lady who waited 8 years for her porch door to be replaced and my old neighbor who also needed the kitchen floor tiles replaced and it never got done. We had to deal with the rats all the time even with the lids on the garbadge tight they ate right through them. DO NOT RENT FROM PROPERTIES UNLIMITED. EUGENE JASON IS A RICH SLUM LORD!!!
