Complaint Review: Prosperity Solutions LLC - Windsor Mill Maryland

I just spoke to Monique hicks she and I have reached a understanding I am giving her time to rectify the situation.. I will update again in a month and a half ..by that time we hope to have this issue rectified...

My name is Sean m.. I was also a victim to this company ripoff..i paid 3300 for a credit package that promised to include a Scn # and tradelines I promised a 60-90 day turn around n the company defaulted on there promise ..then after a promise to ttry n rectify the situation which nothing was done I then requested a refund I was told it takes 30-45 days which I found hilarious that they had the nerve to tell me about there procedure when they have not once followed one they promised me..its way past 45 days now n I have send countless emails to Monique Hicks who refuses to talk to me by phones since she accepted my money..all I want is my money back ..n just want to put this experience behind me..rite now Ms Hicks has not even returned my emails I have all emails since day one if u would like to dispute my claim if u dare..i am def am ancustomer of prosperity solutions llc.. I await any response from her company or anyone thinking of getting involved with this scam.. I have complete records even my desposit reciept I made to her bank of America account..

Monique/Darius you know very well that everything that is posted is true. You have not refunded the monies that was paid to you. The SCN numbers that you provide as well as the trade lines are not valid I have asked repeatedly that you refund my money and you refuse to. I need to put the word out about your company so that no one else will get taken advantage off, you are a theif and a liar, $3300 was paid to you please refund my money. I have filed several reports will other government agencies in Maryland and I have given them all of your information, what is sad is that you know what you have done is not right, I have given you multiple times to refund my money. I have bank statements to show were the money left my bank account you refuse to return my phone calls and email messages. DO THE RIGHT THING.... Refund the money to your clients in FLORIDA I am not your only victim

This person is claiming they purchased a "virtual office" from us....WE DO NOT sell "virtual offices"!!! Never have!!!

We do not & never had a client by the name of "Sally". Its sad that folks can just log on and create blogs about people and not even be man or woman enough to say who they are. In 3 years this is the first such report on the company. Walmart has thousands on here and their customer base has not ceased to exist! We don't have multiple sites and have taken our current site down due to construction.  I guess this is a "crime"  according to "Sally"!!!

If someone pays via credit card (which I am sure this person did if they are a REAL customer)...they have the right to call their company and request a refund on their own!! Causing online drama is juevenile and uncalled for but to each his/her own!
