We got Eric brown number off a internet webssite Pet Stop.He was our local dealer for PetStop. He came to our house with a Pet Stop brochure,sold us on the product with 2 dog doors and remote trainer.

June 23 2007 we paid him cash of 1400.00. Toward the middle of installation we noticed the transmittor was from a different company called PetSafe. We asked him why he is installing a different company from what he represents. He said this is a better system. We asked why didn't you tell us that when you first came to our house as a Pet Stop dealer with a Pet Stop brochure highlighting important parts of each page.

He tried to talk his way out of it. We told him to take his product we want our money back. He said he could come back tomorrow and switch out PetSafe and installed PetStop.

We said no, you deceived us once we don't want to work with you. We want our money back. He then packed his stuff and left without finishing the project and with our $1400.00 we gave him.

We emailed and called the company that night. They emailed us back and said someone would call us tomorrow to take care of this.

Robin from Pet Stop called us and said she will contact Eric today and call us back after she talks to him. We talked to her at the end of the day and she said she left messages for Eric but he has not returned her calls yet.

She told me what he did was not right and the company was going to tell Eric to refund our money. The next morning we called and left a message to call us.Robin later called that day and said she finally spoke to Eric and he will come out and switch out the system to PetStop.

We told her no, so she said then we have to deal with Eric there is nothing else PetStop could do. This is the third day now we have no system but Eric from Pet Stop has all of our money. We had no choice but to have Eric come back and hopefully correct the problem.

No such luck. he did switch out the PetSafe transmitter for a Pet Stop transmitter. But the wires he installed was not what he told us, the wires were installed improperly, he gave us a collar that was not once that he told us about, he installed the dog doors improperly, one fell off two days later.Never trained us on the system. the indoor transmittor was handed over in a Walmart bag and never shown us how to train the dog.

Notified the company that night with an email. Called them the next day July 3 2007. He still had our money and we had no training in the system to use it.We told them we wanted our money back,they kept saying where working on it.

Today July 11,2007 they say Eric has a sign form that my husband signed. He said he never read it,he said Eric told him it's just saying that a Pet Stop system has been installed. Blaine Bacher from Pet Stop who we have been dealing with since the first system was installed on June 27,2007 is now saying Eric has a form that we signed and we were happy when Eric left.

If we were satisified then we would of never emailed the company that night,called them the next day, meet with another dealer Pet Stop sent down on July 7 2007 to see how Eric installed the system.

But now that they found out that this paper was signed, which we never got a copy of they think they don't have to help us at all. Pet Stop has a 30 day money back guarantee, which they are not honoring.

Pet Stop should of refunded our money from when there dealer installed another company's product. We feel they do not put the customers first.

We also found out another lie he told us about the pet collar, he told us we can buy the battery in any store that sells batterys, we don't have to purchase the battery through Pet Stop, not like other companys who make you purchase them only through there company. We come to find out from someone else who has worked with Eric that this is not true you have to order from the company and there not as cheap as Eric has said. That family had a terrible experience with him also. It seems like he tells you whatever will make you happy just so he gets a sale. We keep trying to call him, but he never answers and never calls back.
