protectmycar.com Craig rubino, attorney Mark Cohen Hollywood florida, Dennis lobaito mortgage fraudster solace changed name again!! beware!!! it's like the 5th name change because no mechanic shops accept the warranty because this company and the people behind don't pay and scam you. we went to the main Hollywood office and it's a small attorneys office that just sues mom and pop stores for no handicap bathroom, they shake down hardworking people and scam normal people with their warranty b s. Nationwide
Protectmycar.com, changed their name yet again from solace, and 5 other names and multiple 800 888 nunbers, sure sign their up to no good and don't intend on being around long.after working with my neighbor a retired investigator we dug up all kinds of info on these characters. Founders and ceo craig rubino, Dennis labaito (mortgage fraudster, from florida and n.y. ) who ironically has a financial warning on his record.also a lawyer out of Hollywood florida named mark cohen (famous for shaking down mom and pop resturants for handicap bathroom violations, sounds like a great guy. We went to his hollywood office thinking that this was possibly going to help us resolve issues. Only to be told they don't handle that and told us to pound sand.the bar complaint will certainly have our experience and other victims in it.Also a few other partners were digging up and reporting to state ag, s, ftc, and ocb.this is a giant fraud with I'm sure thousands of victims. Here's some of story we will update other founder and owner info as soon as we confirm. They use many telephone numbers all of these came directly from their BBB File: 704-754-4443 800-291-0981 888-965-1592 727-543-0926 727-767-9888 888-965-1591 800-253-2850 888-964-6806 727-530-0973 The BBB lists the owners as Craig and Joseph Rubino. A search on the florida corporations website returns many company names and ficticious names for each of them, not a surprise now that I knwo what this place is all about. We were able to successfully dispute all charges with our credit card company and they were more than happy to help. One of the agents at our bank (Chase) even looked some of this BBB information up for us while we were in the branch.
