PROVIDIAN BANK ripoff Dallas Tifton New Hampshire
I feel like I have put thru Hell.
I had two Providian Bank Credit Card for years. Always paid on time. Never LATE!
Went thru a terrible time with a father who was dying of Cancer. I was up north away from my home and explained this thru emails to Providian. Explaining that I needed time to wait for the passing of my father and to get back home to my mail.
Well, with all the emails I sent them. This was not enough. The first month that I was late they ruined my credit even though they told me that they understood and because I was a valued customer they would wait.
Well, they didn't. I was also in the process of refinancing a house. This made the deal go away and has put me in terrible financial difficulties. They raised my interest rate -- the payments they are demanding now is just impossible.
I am a 67 years old woman who had wonderful credit that they just smashed for me. I will never be able to get credit again.
