Providian ripoff - Don't ever be late with a payment Dallas Texas
These guys are experts at nasty tricks. If you are late with a payment they boost your interest rate up to 29% without telling you. Additionally, on two ocassions they reduced my credit limit to an amount less than the total balance due. Then I got charged for being over my limit. These people are snakes!
