may of 2005 and signed a seven year contract with Publish America to market a novel I had written entitled 'In Yahweh's Hands.' I was told the ususal lies of how my novel would be in all major booksellers reach and mainstream bookstores, etc. The first year I did most of the marketing myself to the newspapers, radio stations, and bookstores. I had one booksigning and then was blocked from being part of the author panel because Publish America suddenly folded to pressure by an irrite woman with a grudge and made my novel unavailable for well over a month causing my reputation great harm in my community and with the the local Barnes and Noble Bookstore. I might add that I had to approach and convince the managers to offer my novel as my publisher did nothing.

After a year of waiting patiently for royalities I decided I was not satisfied with Publish America's service and asked to be released from my contract and referred to my attorney and the reasons for my dissatisfaction. They graciously let me out of my contract and returned all rights to me.

Now I am discovering that though I do not come up as an author on their website or my novel listed I do appear on the internet on such engines as booksellers, yahoo, amazon, Target, ecampus, and foreign markets as Publish America still publishing my novel. I do not believe this is ethical on their part as we are no longer under contract. They were suppose to help me attain my copyright also and I am worried I may have had my work taken from me.

To date I believe I have earned an entire thirty dollars for my novel.
