Pug Life Store Pug Life Harness Will Not Exchange A Defective Harness Los Angeles CA
I purchased one of the Pug Life Harnesses last year. Within a few weeks the buckle will not stay fastened, causing the harnes to come off my dog therefore allowing her to be unrestrained with the possibility of getting run over should she run. She is trained to stay, but that does not mean she always will. I have contacted Pug Life on numerous occassions. I did get responses to start with that required me to send a picture of the defective part, which I did 3 times. No response after I sent the pictures. They will not respond to emails, chat is never available and if you leave a voice mail, they do not return the call.
All I have asked for was a replacement harness, exact size and color, no more no less. I am not the only person complaining about the defective buckles on the harnesses. Facebook is filled with the same complaints on their facebook page. Of course they reply and ask you to email them and of course they never reply.
I purchased this harness because it was supoosed to be one of the best out there. I do agree the harness is very well made, except for the buckle, my dog loves wearing it as opposed to any other harness she has and I have enjoyable walks, or did with the harness unitl it will come unbuckled as we walk.
I cannot use the harness any longer because I am scared she she will get away when the buckle fails to stay closed.
I want a replacement harness or a refund.

I got my refund last night for the defective harness. Took 9 months but I got it.
