Puppy Love Hotel Our dog was healthy and came home with a virus/bacteria from unclean area Youngsville Louisiana
I should have listened to the first rip off report. We dropped our healthy dog off. We got back a very sick dog. Contacted the owner about working with us on the vet bills because it was directly caused by unclean conditions of this business. The owner is an irrational loose cannon who needs this business shut down in Youngsville. He started screaming at my wife over the phone. I tried calming him down, but he hangs up then call back screaming don't come back to my property! It's a fact that the manager told us that you have had several cases of kennel cough and you were aware of it prior to my dog staying their! This was not disclosed until we picked up our coughing and vomiting dog. They stole our bag of food. They also cut our dogs nails without permission. Then after I tried to be rational and work with them, because I really understand that stuff happens. This place excepts no responsiblity and the owner goes off on a tirade. Do not ever carry your animals here!
