Complaint Review: Puppy Pet Boutique - Bedford Texas

Just want to download the text message report regarding this transaction.  The point of all of this is that I was scammed.  She did the bait and switch on me and is selling dogs that are too young to be sold.  This have NEVER been about the money.  Nor was my husband upset with the amount of the purchase of this dog.  I never have asked her for money in return.  I only wanted to get the dog I was suppose to have recieved.  At this point, I would NEVER in a MILLION years give this dog back to her.  She is running a scheme.  She has sent me hateful and nasty emails and refuses to answer any of my questions.  Like, if you aren't the breeder, then tell me who is the breeder becaues this dog was sold at too early of an age.  How old is the dog really?  The Vet says 4-5 weeks, the internet where I picked the dog out says 8 weeks, the text message say 7 weeks, but the paper work she gave me says 6 weeks.

Here is the nasty email trail from this business owner.  She has never offered to answer my questions, provide information about the dog I have ended up with, nor try to be civil and work this out with me.  I stayed at the meeting place for an hour asking her to come back after she picked up her kids.  She refused and started the plether of nasty texts and emails.  I have taken to all the social media sites to warn others about purchasing from breeders/seller/brokers like Puppy Pet Boutique.  She is upset in the email becuase I sent her a picture of the puppy I was suppose to buy that was listed on a website in 2008 and 2010.  This was sent to me by someone off of facebook.  They had found this information from me.  So Puppy Pet Boutique is commiting a crime by false advertisement.  Take a look at her email.  If anyone out there has had  a run in with Puppy Pet Boutique or Diamond Kennels, please reach out to me through facebook.  www.facebook.com/savingteddy

Please see the below text message file I had pulled regarding the transaction of this puppy.   I never wanted my money back, I only wanted the puppy we agreed on by the name of Sammy.  I have repeatedly asked for the seller to let me deal with the breeder but she has changed her story several times regarding this puppy, his age, his name, etc.  Please research her name and her husands name Gary and you will see that I am not lying.  I have no reason or gain nothing from this, all my husand and I wanted was a precious tiny teacup to add to our family of animals.  This breeder is not telling the truth.  You may also find all her dishonnest transaction through her shut down kennel called Diamond Kennels in Rockwall, Texas. I would not give this puppy back to her after all of this, because I know he is in the best hands now.  Yvonne refuses to give me the breeders name, but as you see in the text messages she has me to believe this is her puppy, then she changes her story after I have the puppy.  Wait till you see the foul email I received from this Christian lady.   I have had other contact me through facebook that she has done this to them too.

Jennifer Lieberman we believe has left a false report. She contacted us to view a Tea Cup yorkie. So I told her we had One yorkie puppy available, & that she was more than welcome to come and view this puppy to be sure this is the puppy she wanted to purchase, by personality & conformation, & Color. ( This puppy was NOT Shipped to her )

so she asked me if I would accept paypal? And I told her that PayPal does not cover Live animals. So she said, she had to figure out how to get $250 of the remaining balance, so that her husband did not find out how much she was Spending. So she texted me back, & said she would like to come and view the puppy. But she could only borrow an additional $200 from her freind. So I went ahead & knocked off $50.

So she came and viewed the puppy in person. And so I thought she had fallen in love with this 1lb little boy. But she than texts me a little later wanting me to buy the puppy back. So I explained that all sells were final since she had already taken possession of the puppy.

She also showed a picture of the puppy outside in the grass, which Greatly concerned us b/c putting a puppy in the grass outside before the age of 12 wks is very dangerous, & they can come down w/ parvovirus w/ out having all 3 Vaccinations. And we did not want her spreading sickness to our puppies here, since she did not take every pro caution to keep her puppy safe & healthy.

So I told her, I would gladly repost the puppy & Sale it for her, which I would have no problem doing, & selling it quickly for her. But she simply only wanted to make threats, & harrass me wanting 1/2 of her money back saying the puppy in the picture was not Sammy. But I explained to her, that it was. But if she was not happy with her puppy. I had no problem finding it a New home.

But I think it all just came down to her being dishonest w/ her husband about the puppy. And the puppy was 7 wks at time of sale. She had No proof from her Vet stating it was younger than expected. And our Life Time Health Guarantee that she signed, also explains that we do not cover worms, & that this does not mean a puppy is sick b/c it still needed worming sessions until 12 wks of age. Everyone knows that puppies are born w/ worms, & breeders have to Deworm them at 2wks, 4wks, 6wks,ect...until they are 12wks of age. So her medical records that I gave her, did show this puppy had already had 3 treatments. 

So obviously, as you can tell, we did nothing wrong. My only regret, is that we would have taken the puppy back right away, had we known she was going to make threats & lies about our company. Obviously, your never going to be able to please every single person. But we have more excellent references & Satisfied Customers, Than we do Negative. But your always going to have that one Customer, that feels they deserve a Free puppy. I only wish I had spent more time with her, and making sure she definantly wanted this puppy, before we sold it to her.
