Everyone who is being hit and will be hit again and again by this company needs to do this,Call your Attorney's General Office in your state, get a complaint form sent to you and take out charges against them, next file an FBI internet fraud complaint with the Internet Crime Complaint Center with the FBI> Then call your TV station that has something for air on complaints agaist companies that are cheating you. He also will charge again on your card in 60 days, so unless your charge card reverses the charges within that time cancel your card and get a new one issured by them. Even if you get your refund I would suggest changing the card anyway so he never has the number ever again. He also said he would sue me if I cancelled or did not pay the cancellation fee, I hope so. If we all band together on this we can get him to quit maybe. Maybe even in jail for fraud. Remember, don't let this turn off of the internet orders just because of one bad apple. I have been hit a couple of times but I have fought back each time and won. People like this are scum and we run into them whether we are on the internet or in the street.
