Pure Energy Products ripoff took money from my checking acct without my authorization Oklahoma City Oklahoma
pure energy products inc sent me an email asking if i would like a free trial 15 day supply and only pay shipping fees to get this product called phentrazine 37.5
so like a normal person i went ahead and payed for the shipping cost on my debit visa card to try the trial ,now remember this is suppose to be a trial not a purchase.
So a few weeks later as i alway's do i check my checking account to make sure my money's are correct and dicovered that this company took money without my autherization of $149.95.
So of course i called my bank and found out it was this company and so i called this company and they proseeded to tell me that i did autherize this to be deducted from my acct and i told them that this is bull crap and i want my money back i never gave you the authority to take money's from my checking account so there they proceeded to argue with me and tell me i would be paying an extra 150.00 to get my money back they said i would be charged for fruad .
How funny is that anyway i cancelled my debit card and i filed a dispute form with the bank and now im out my atm card because of these peaple for 2 week's
