USA#2UPDATE EX-employee responds

If you have not already made things right, here is what you need to do.
1- If you cancel anything, with anyone, always save the copy (which I just read that you did, good job.)
2-When not wanting to go into the club, make yourself accessible to a fax machine (it may seem tedious but to prove that the error is their fault they need to see the documentation)
**Bring or fax your cancellation form (call club for fax number, or contact me. I forgot it.)
That copy is your proof. As long as the last bill date signed by you is NOT the date of the payment you are disputing, then it is their error and you will be refunded and cancelled without penalty.
Like almost any cancellations, Pure Fitness's contracts are written with terms and conditions that most people do not read, unfortunately. They do normally ask for 30 days notice to cancel, in which they allow you access to the club and sometimes can even give a friend a month's pass if you are unable to attend.
If any of this is not helpful, please contact
Commodore Mann
or the BBB, in which all complaints are handled directly.
