Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

Thought I was signing up for a free bottle of Pure Garcinia Cambogia Plus, all I had to do was pay the shipping of $4.95 and that was it. Next thing I noticed was an $89.99 chagre on my bank account. I called them to ask what was going on and they said that I signed up for an auto service, which I never did. They said that I agreed to their terms and conditions and that it stated I had 12 days to cancel the service otherwise I would be billed.

First off, I thought I was signing up to get a free bottle of Pure Garcinia Cambogia Plus not signing up for their auto service. There was nothing clearly stated that this was a trial product and that I needed to cancel anything. Their email had no information about this being a trial. There was no information saying I had to cancel in 12 days. There was no invoice in the package or infomation about cancelling anything, They do not CLEARLY let their consumer know what they are actually agreeing to. Yes, as the consumer, I should have the terms and conditions a little more carefully, but as the business they should tell the customer this is a trial not an order of this one time one time. I have ordered plenty of things only and I can clearly tell when things are trial products or when things are flat out orders. With this, I thought this was an order and I was done. Not the case.

When I called to ask for a refund, they said I agreed to the terms and conditions and that there was nothing they could do for me and then hung up. I had to call back a second time and when I explained the situation he said the same thing about terms and conditions. I told him the terms and conditions were not clear and that they were misleading and I thought I was odering a product not that this was a trial offer. He told me that he could not refund me anything. I told him I would just go to the bank and tell them I did not authorize the charge on my account. He then said that if I went to my bank for a refund they would send over the written documentation that I agreed to the $89.99 charge. I told him that it was not right for him to threaten me and that this is exhortion. At that point he told me that he could offer me a 50% refund. I told him that was not enough. He then "talked to his supervisor" and said he could give me a 75% refund. I agreed to that since I do have the product and I cannot return it since it's open.

I would say this was a difficult experience with this company and they seem to have a lot of other calling for a refund, as I heard a call in the back ground both times I called, but also as they are very versed in saying, "terms and conditions." Do not buy your product from this company. You can find it elsewhere for cheaper and on trusted sites like Amazon or GNC that will ship you your order and it won't be on a trial basis.

Good luck all and I hope they don't SCAM you too.
