Pure Health Discounts Not Customer Focused Crystal River , FL Internet
I never had to work so hard to receive an order. This company is not customer focused and was less than helpful when I contacted them to redirect a delivery of H2O2. I called FedEx 4 times to request either a later delivery or redirect to a local depot so I could sign for & pickup the package. FedEx reps consistently informed me that only the shipper could request a redirected delivery. I contacted the seller 4 times asking them to please request a redirect, and I only received one email response stating that FedEx reps were wrong and did not know their business, plus the Pure Health Discounts Amazon description said I would have to sign for the package. Clearly they missed the point and were not interested in creating a positive customer experience. I have no idea where the package wound up, and I am filing for a refund via Amazon. I would not recommend this business to anyone....well, maybe I would to someone I don't like.
